Muzica trupei americane "Red Hot Chili Peppers" a fost utilizată de CIA pentru a tortura deţinuţii
După Metallica şi formaţia Red Hot Chili Peppers este trecută în rândul celor care pun la încercare nervii teroriştilor. Un anchetator a dezvăluit, pentru publicaţia "Al Jazeera", că CIA a torturat un deţinut de la închisoarea Guantanamo, cu muzica acestei trupe americane.
Informaţia vine după ce Comitetul de Informaţii al Senatului SUA a votat pentru declasificarea unui raport de 6.600 de pagini, care explică procedurile folosite de CIA după atacurile din 11 septembrie 2001.
Trupa Red Hot Chili Peppers nu a comentat, deocamdată, aceste informaţii. Anterior, formaţia canadiană Skinn Puppy a cerut Pentagonului suma de 666 de mii de dolari, pentru dreptul de difuzare a muzicii sale. Asta după ce un fost gardian la Guantanamo a afirmat că a folosit melodiile ei pentru a tortura deţinuţii.
