Legea bugetului în drum spre Parlament
Comisia Juridică a Parlamentului a dat aviz pozitiv proiectului Legii bugetului de stat pentru 2011. Deputaţii au mai avizat pozitiv proiectul privind politica-bugetar fiscală şi bugetul asigurărilor sociale. Parlamentarii comunişti s-au abţinut de la vot, declarând că îşi vor expune toate obiecţiile şi propunerile, mâine, în plenul Parlamentului.
Principala lege economică a ţării pentru 2011 prevede venituri de peste 19 miliarde de lei, în timp ce cheltuielile urmează să depăşească 20 de miliarde de lei.
Astfel, deficitul bugetului în acest an va constitui un miliard 200 de milioane de lei. 65 la sută urmează să fie acoperit din surse externe. Statul preconizează să câştige din privatizări în jur de 280 de milioane de lei. Cheltuielile pentru subvenţionarea agriculturii au fost micşorate cu 150 de milioane de lei, până la 250 de milioane. În schimb, cheltuielile pentru Fondul Rutier vor creşte cu 200 de milioane de lei, până la aproximativ 800 de milioane de lei.
După ce va fi avizat de comisiile de profil, proiectul Legii bugetului de stat va fi examinat în plenul Parlamentului, care urmează să-l voteze în trei lecturi. În prima lectură sunt aprobaţi parametrii bugetului - partea de venituri şi de cheltuieli, iar la a treia lectură se discută fiecare articol în parte a mijloacelor alocate de stat.
Amintim că în 2010, Guvernul a reuşit o creştere a Produsului Intern Brut cu 6,9 la sută, inflaţia a constituit puţin peste opt la sută. Prim-ministrul Vlad Filat a anunţat anterior că elaborarea bugetului de stat a fost tergiversată din cauza alegerilor parlamentare anticipate.
