ONG-urile de media condamnă atitudinea PAS faţă de postul de televiziune Prime
Mai multe organizaţii de media condamnă atitudinea Partidului Acțiune și Solidaritate faţă de postul de televiziune Prime. Asta după ce ieri, formaţiunea condusă de Maia Sandu a restricţionat accesul jurnaliştilor de la acest canal la cel de-al doilea Congres al partidului.
Asociaţiile din domeniu afirmă că prin aceste acţiuni PAS a încălcat Constituția.
"Mă miră mult această atitudine pentru că pornim de la prezumția că accesul la informație este neîngrădit. Atunci când construim un stat de drept, ne vedem democrați, tindem spre o presă liberă și independentă. Zic eu, nu poate fi îngrădit accesul cuiva. Eu văd o discriminare în cazul acesta. Eu văd o încălcare a legislației", a spus Vasile Spunei, director Acces-Info.
Opinia este împărtășită și de directorul Asociației Presei Independente, Petru Macovei. Potrivit lui, PAS a încălcat normele democratice, atunci când a interzis accesul echipei Prime TV la un eveniment public.

"Este bineînțeles un lucru regretabil. Presa trebuia să aibă acces indiferent de politica editorială. La noi din păcate majoritatea partidelor politice atât cele de la guvernare cât și cele din opoziție nu au o atitudine corectă față de instituțiile mass-media. Cu siguranță este o încălcare a normelor democratice de colaborare cu mass-media", a spus Petru Macovei, directorul Asociației Presei Independente.
Mai mult, reprezentanţii Centrului pentru Jurnalism Independent afirmă că, prin acțiunile sale,
formațiunea a încălcat legea supremă.
"În Republica Moldova libertatea presei constituie un drept fundamental consfințit de Constituție și de alte acte. Prin urmare putem spune că s-a încălcat un șir de drepturi ale presei", a spus juristul de la Centrul pentru Jurnalism Independent, Zinaida Gheaţă.
Conducerea PAS a manifestat o atitudine obraznică și faţă de meseria de jurnalist. Secretarul general al PAS, Igor Grosu a trimis jurnaliștii noștri la o cafea în loc să le permită să reflecteze evenimentul. Comportamentul a fost condamnat de către jurnalistul Vasile Botnaru, care anterior s-a confruntat cu o situație similară, când președintele Igor Dodon l-a trimis în mod ironic să bea ceai.
"Eu nu accept niciun fel de îngrădiri. Eu cred că nu trebuie să îngrădească în niciun fel calea, pentru că ei oricum o să găsească propriile surse.", a spus Vasile Botnaru, director radio "Europa Liberă".
Partidul Acţiune şi Solidaritate a restricționat accesul presei incomode la cel de-al doilea Congres al formațiunii.
Mai mult, preşedintele formaţiunii, Maia Sandu s-a încurcat în declaraţii, motivând ba că jurnaliştii ar fi trimis prea târziu solicitarea de acreditare la eveniment, ba că Prime TV nu ar fi o instituţie de presă.
Iar secretarul general al formaţiunii, Igor Grosu, a făcut-o pe uşierul la congres şi a interzis jurnaliştilor să participe la evenimentul la care anterior au fost invitaţi.
Tot atunci, unii dintre membrii PAS s-au arătat surprinşi că postul Prime TV nu poate participa la congres. Ei au recunoscut că interzicerea unei instituţii media la congres nu este o decizie democratică şi în spiritul european.
