Studiu: Oamenii fericiţi trăiesc cu 35% mai mult decât cei trişti

De-a lungul secolelor, omeniii au fost în căutarea elixirului vieţii, iar secretul mult râvnit era chiar sub nasul nostru. Se pare că anume fericirea estea cea care poate prelungi sau scurta viaţa. Potrivit unui studiu, persoanele fericite trăiesc cu 35 la sută mai mult decât cele care sunt triste.
Experţii britanici au cerut celor 3.800 de participanţi la studiu, cu vârstele cuprinse între 52 şi 79 de ani, să-şi evalueze gradul de fericire în diferite ore ale zilei. Cinci ani mai târziu, specialiştii au numărat persoanele care au murit în această perioadă, iar rezultatul l-au comparat cu indicele de fericire menţionat.
Astfel, printre cei în viaţă, predominau anume oamenii care s-au declarat fericiţi.
