Catalin Rusnac and his passion for engineering
Catalin Rusnac's house seems like an electronic laboratory. All the walls are full of cables, coupled to lights diodes and small lamps that have a small consumption.
"I've aproximated that the desklamps work during 24 hours, uses the same energy as a simple lamp in 30-40 minutes", says Catalin.
Catalin is in the 8th grade at the Moldo-turk lyceum from Chisinau. When somple children just find out what a diode means, Catalin built a system that turns the lamp on when the door opens, with the help of a sensor.
"It is very practic when I walk from one room to another. I've built this system for not loosing and spending energy in vain", says Catalin.
The young boy didn't stop here. He modified a broken lamp which could not be recycled. So this, lights the corridor during the night. In his living room, Catalin Made the light to turn using a champaign cork.
"He has enough idea. We just have to help him find the details. He is sad that in Moldova there are no electronic shops for his passion" his parents say.
Catalin has a lot of diplomas won at different electronical contests. The young boy has a lot of dreams. "I would like to work at Google", says Catalin trustful in his future.
