Conacul Manuc Bei din oraşul Hânceşti va fi deschis pentru vizitatori la sfârşitul anului viitor. Cel puţin asta au promis autorităţile, care au verificat astăzi cum decurg lucrările de reabilitare. Până acum, două dintre cele nouă clădiri ale complexului au fost reparate în proporţie de 70 la sută.
"Turnul nu era deloc, acoperişurile nu erau deloc, adică s-a început consolidarea începând de la fundaţie, pereţi, pereţii exteriori şi interiori", a declarat Viorel Startulat, antreprenor.
Pentru reparaţia a două clădiri ale complexului - Casa Vechilului şi Casa Ioniţă Iamandi - au fost alocate peste 23 de milioane de lei din Fondul Naţional de Dezvoltare Regională. În cadrul proiectului, urmează a fi amenajat teritoriul Complexului Manuc-Bei şi reparat drumul spre aşezarea geto-dacică Stolniceni.
"Avem un pic de reţineri de la grafic, nu reuşim să facem unele lucrări, deoarece e foarte greu. S-a găsit soluţia tehnică cum să consolidăm unii pereţi pentru ca să rămână starea iniţială", a precizat ministrul Dezvoltării Regionale şi Construcţiilor, marcel Răducan.
Autorităţile locale spun că pentru a încheia lucrările de reparaţie sunt necesari mai mulţi bani.
"Noi astăzi cu părere de rău nu putem răspunde câţi bani mai trebuie pentru finalizare. Nu este finalizat proiectul tehnic pe întreg complexul", a subliniat preşedintele raionului Hânceşti, Grigore Cobzac.
Pentru reconstrucţia complexului, din fonduri europene au mai fost alocate două milioane de euro.
