Evidența bolilor profesionale ar putea deveni OBLIGATORIE. Ce vor trebui să facă angajatorii
Denunțarea, cercetarea și evidența bolilor profesionale ar putea deveni obligatorii. Ministerul Sănătății a elaborat un proiect de hotărâre de Guvern ce conţine aceste cerinţe. Responsabilitatea aplicării normelor va reveni angajatorilor, medicilor și reprezentanţilor centrelor de sănătate publică.
Simion Jigan a activat timp de 13 ani în calitate de mecanic la centrala termică a unei întreprinderi din Capitală. El a lucrat chiar și în zilele când în încăpere erau minus 16 grade Celsius. Din cauza frigului bărbatul s-a îmbolnăvit.
"Nu au dat ordin să aprind cazanul și în trei zile m-am îmbolnăvit. Mi-au fost afectate și mâinile și picioarele. Aici eu am aparate la amândouă picioare. Mă simt foarte rău, mai ales iarna mă tem", a zis bărbatul.
Pentru a evita astfel de situații, Ministerul Sănătății propune ca angajatorul să anunțe, în cel mult 24 de ore, dacă există suspiciuni de îmbolnăvire la locul de muncă.
"În prezent, procedura durează până la jumătate de an, acum însă va dura o lună. Responsabilitatea pentru depistarea circumstanțelor care au dus la apariţia bolii îi va reveni medicului șef al Centrului de Sănătate Publică", a zis șeful secției Centrului Național de Sănătate Publică, Veaceslav Vasiliev.
Dacă se va constata că boala nu a fost provocată de condițiile de la locul actual de muncă, vor fi cercetate și circumstanțele în care a activat salariatul anterior.
În același timp, starea de sănătate a persoanelor diagnosticate cu boli profesionale va fi monitorizată constant.
Dosarele vor fi transmise Arhivei de Stat și Centrului Național de Sănătate Publică, unde vor fi păstrate timp de 50 de ani. Iar fiecare caz va fi inclus în Registrul de evidență a persoanelor cu boli profesionale, care va fi elaborat de centrele de sănătate publică.
Deocamdată, proiectul nu prevede sancţiuni pentru angajatorii care vor ascunde cazurile de îmbolnăvire la locul de muncă. Datele Ministerului Sănătății arată că, anual, în Moldova sunt înregistraţi doar până la 15 pacienţi care acuză boli profesionale, în timp ce în statele europene această cifră poate ajunge şi la 5000 de cazuri.
