Grecia retrogradată din nou
Grecia este lovită din nou! Agenţia financiară "Fitch" a coborât ratingul ţării de la "CCC", echivalent cu un "risc substanţial", la "C", treaptă ce indică perspectiva intrării în incapacitate de plată în următoare perioadă.
Decizia agenţiei vine după ce Atena a anunţat preschimbarea de obligaţiuni către creditorii privaţi cu 100 de miliarde de euro. La mijlocul anului trecut, alte câteva agenţii de rating financiar au retrogradat Grecia, în momentul în care oficialii a anunţat planul privind schimbul de obligaţiuni.
Miniştrii de Finanţe din Zona euro au aprobat, în această săptămână, un pachet de ajutor extern de 130 de miliarde de euro pentru Grecia. Grecia trece prin cel de-al cincilea an de recesiune, iar actualul plan de salvare nu pare să scoată ţara din criză nici în următorii doi ani, potrivit experţilor.
