Mihai Ghimpu spune că a fost "deranjat" de revenirea lui Ion Muruianu în fruntea CSJ
Revenirea lui Ion Muruianu în funcţia de preşedinte al Curţii Supreme de Justiţie l-a "deranjat" pe preşedintele interimar, Mihai Ghimpu.
"Fără ca Parlamentul să examineze hotărârea Curţii Constituţionale, fiindcă e adresată Parlamentului, m-a deranjat foarte mult. Dacă a obţinut această hotărâre şi consideră că e constituţională, nu putea să aştepte ca Parlamentul să examineze? Sunt deranjat de faptul că şi Consiliul Suprem al Magistraturii, care nu are nicio legătură cu eliberarea din funcţie a lui Muruianu, s-au întrunit şi au anulat hotărârea de interimat al preşedintelui. Înseamnă că trebuie să luăm alte decizii mai dure, şi o să le luăm!", declară Mihai Ghimpu , preşedintele interimar al Moldovei. Reprezentanţii Curţii Supreme de Justiţie nu au fost de găsit pentru a comenta declaraţiile lui Mihai Ghimpu.
Amintim că Parlamentul l-a demis pe Ion Muruianu din funcţia de preşedinte al CSJ, în luna martie, pentru că ar fi pierdut mai multe dosare la CEDO. Acesta a ajuns în atenţia Parlamentului după ce i-a numit pe jurnalişti "câini turbaţi".
