Poliţiştii din Bender vor fi supravegheaţi prin intermediul camerelor video
În oraşul Bender va fi amplasat un sistem de supraveghere video. Astfel, prin intermediul camerelor video se va monitoriza respectarea ordinii publice în oraş, dar şi se vor depista acţiunile ilegale comise de către poliţişti.
Anunţul a fost făcut de liderul regiunii separatiste din stânga Nistrului, Evgheni Şevciuk, care spune că măsura va preveni abaterile comise de poliţişti.
Anterior, Şevciuk a declarat că situaţia din Bender este mai complicată în comparaţie cu alte oraşe din stânga Nistrului, din cauză că aici îşi exercită atribuţiile atât angajaţi ai Ministerului de Interne de la Chişinău, cât şi reprezentanţi ai miliţiei de la Tiraspol. Aceste declaraţii au fost făcute în ajunul Zilei oraşului Bender, care este sărbătorită astăzi.
Activitatea poliţiei şi a miliţiei, în Bender, a fost subiect de dispută între Chişinău şi Tiraspol şi anterior. Totodată, aşa-zisul minister de externe de la Tiraspol îşi exprimă îngrijorarea faţă de intenţia Chişinăului de a amplasa puncte de control al migraţiei la frontiera administrativă cu Transnistria.
Şefa departamentului de externe, Nina Ştanski, se arată convinsă că aceste oficii vor avea rolul unei graniţe pe Nistru.
