Primar PCRM, reţinut de MAI
Primarul comunei Stăuceni, din municipiul Chişinău, a fost prins în timp ce primea mită în valoare de 20 de mii de euro şi a fost reţinut pentru 72 de ore. Informaţia a fost confirmată de către procurorul anticorupţie, Dorin Compan. Potrivit oamenilor legii, Valentin Sâtnic, împreună cu un subaltern de-al său, au ameninţat un locuitor al satului că dacă nu vor primi banii, îl vor deposeda de un teren.
Flagrantul a fost organizat la domiciuliul primarului, în urma denunţului făcut de victimă. Oamenii legii spun că pe numele lui Valentin Sâtnic a fost pornit un dosar penal, pentru corupere pasivă.
"Au estorcat de la un locuitor al acestei localităţi suma de 20 de mii de euro, sub pretextul retragerii pretenţiilor civile ale unui lot de teren, atribuit legal acestui cetăţean", a comunicat Constantin Andriuţă, ofiţer principal de investigaţie.
În timp ce oamenii legii spun că primarul comunei a fost reţinut miercuri, angajaţii Primăriei din Stăuceni se fac că nu ştiu nimic despre acest caz. Mai mult, unii dintre ei spun că l-au văzut azi la muncă, iar alţii că au vorbit cu el la telefon. Iată ce au declarat aceştia:
"Noi suntem în pline pregătiri pentru vinerea sanitară, dumnealui e în teritoriu. Am vorbit cu el azi."
"Nu cunoaştem nimic despre situaţia dată, prima dată aud."
Şi vecinii primarului spun că nu ştiu nimic. "Idee n-am, pur şi simplu dimineaţa, când l-am petrecut pe soţ la serviciu, am văzut că cineva fotografia la poartă", a spus o vecină.
Am încercat să luăm legătura cu primarul Valentin Sâtnic, dar nu a fost de găsit. Potrivit oamenilor legii, dacă vinovăţia sa va fi demonstrată, el riscă până la 15 ani de închisoare.
